Terms and Conditions
Purely for clarification purposes I was advised many years ago to have some Terms and Conditions for my coaching. Please find below my current terms but please be aware that they are subject to change at any time.
Terms and Conditions for gift vouchers and lesson deals.
| 1 | These apply to both vouchers and any lesson deals. |
| 2 | Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals. |
| 3 | Lesson vouchers are only valid at Surbiton Golf Club. |
| 4 | Vouchers / lesson deals are valid for 6 months from date of issue / purchase – unless otherwise specified |
| 5 | Reservations must be made in advance. |
| 6 | Recipients must present and surrender the voucher on the first lesson. |
| 7 | The use of Vouchers is subject to availability. |
| 8 | Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. (No Refunds) |
| 9 | Lesson vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired. |
| 10 | Minimum 48 hours notice required for lesson cancelation to avoid full charges. |
| 11 | Vouchers cannot be extended. |
| 12 | Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this Voucher is the recipient’s responsibility. |
